*Note –while the information below applies to standard policy, cancellation and refund policies may vary from one program to another
For Online/On demand course cancellations –
- If you do not contact us about a cancellation within your 90 day access to the course, we cannot issue a refund.
- If you completed less than 25% of the course, a $60 cancellation fee will factor into your refund.
- If you completed more than 25% of the course, no refund will be issued.
For Synchronous course cancellations –
- Full refund requests will be approved up to 15 days prior to the program start date.
- A $150 cancellation fee will factor into your refund if the cancellation request is received 7 to 14 days prior to the program start date.
- No refunds will be issued less than 7 days prior to the program start date.
For Chapter Event cancellations –
Refer to your registration confirmation email from the event.
